We design, construct, install and maintain fully integrated canbody production lines, operating in a range from very low speeds to a maximum of 500 cans per minute. Typically, a production system has six separate stations: a slitter to cut the tinplate base material into body blanks of the required size; a transfer system to feed the cut blanks from the slitters to the canbody welder. A welding unit to shape and weld the canbody. a seam protection system to prevent oxidation and chemical reactions damaging the welded can. A curing system to dry and harden the seam protection. And a body former (to give the canbody its final profile and shape). A single control system, equipped with a touchscreen panel, is used for central operation and control of the entire production line.

• Providing design according to specific cans or newly designed can containers such as milk powder tin cans, chemical cans and high pressure cans, allowing our equipment to meet your practical requirements.

• Provide us with the overall demands for your can production line or corresponding parameter demands such as can production speed, canbody diameter, traditional cans or irregular cans. If you have drawings, you can also give them to us and provide material demands.
• According to your basic materials, we will first recommend corresponding equipment. If we don’t have the specifications, we will design and select appropriate products according to your requirements.
• After confirming the design, we will begin arranging production. After strict tests, quality products will be packed and transported to you.
