1. After-sale service
- Free on-site installation and debugging for free in the first year for machines and complete lines (paid service after warranty period)
- Regular return visits: telephone inquiries
- Maintenance: telephone or video troubleshooting; if problems can’t be solved, we will provide on-site service. We can also provide remote operations (remote program input+video)
2. Spare parts services
Each machine is shipped with spare parts for common quick-wear components. Customers can buy extra parts upon request.
We offer the following spare parts services:
- Analysis of your spare parts requirements
- Definition of spare parts kits
- Spare parts available for several decades
3. Equipment upgrading service
- Equipment can be sent back to our factory for maintenance and upgrading.
- For long distance, we can also send required spare parts and related program software, and technicians for installation and debugging (Paid service)
4. Training services
We provide two kinds of training services
- Customers can send staff to factory for training
- Our technicians can provide operation and maintenance training during on-site installation and debugging (Each machine is equipped with an English operation manual)
